High Quality Hampshire Down Lamb

We’re passionate about great taste and great quality. That’s why we’ve been working with the Hampshire Down breed for 13 years! This breed is well known for its top class eating quality, due to having a higher fat content, creating incredible marbling. It’s this quality that gives the lamb its signature sweet and delicate taste!

Reared with love in the mimram valley

We have 300 breeding ewes grazing around the Tewin and Hertfordshire area. Our flock proudly includes 25 pedigree Hampshire downs. We utilise our own group of rams to produce the best quality lambs for butcher, with a little help from Dash & Jill.

Our shop stock also seasonally includes fantastic Aberdeen Angus beef, which are locally grass fed in the Hertfordshire countryside.
