We have been raising and breeding Hampshire Down sheep for 13 years. This breed is renowned for its excellent eating quality because of its higher fat content, which results in remarkable marbling. This unique quality provides the lamb with its distinct sweet and delicate flavour.
The lamb rump is a single muscle cut from the hind leg of the lamb, located where the top of the loin meets the leg. Each steak is composed of flavorful meat with a strip of velvety fat binding it together. Each pack contains 3 Lamb Rump Steaks.
